Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
After this period, your order may already be in preparation or shipping and can no longer be canceled.

How to Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible by email or phone.
Include your order number and the reason for cancellation so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds

Orders canceled within the 2-hour window will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be canceled, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable or made-to-order items

These exceptions will always be clearly noted on the product page before you complete your purchase.
