How to Initiate a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and unwashed
In its original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at contact@nitlex.net. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Items must be in the same condition as received — dirty, broken, or damaged items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange a product, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Our team will guide you through the process.
Specific Situations
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or becomes defective within 30 days, please send photos or videos to contact@nitlex.net. After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Wrong Product Received:
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days, and we will help you get the correct product.
Non-Arrival of Product:
While our standard delivery is 4–5 business days (plus 1–3 days for processing), some delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days, please be patient. Allow up to 20 days for delivery. If your product still hasn’t arrived after 25 days, we will issue a full refund.
Important Notes
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging.
Nitlex is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or lost/stolen packages confirmed as delivered.
