Once you place your order, we usually have it packed and ready within 1 to 3 business days. After that, delivery across the UK takes around 4 to 5 business days — so from start to finish, you're typically looking at 5 to 8 business days in total.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+1) begin processing the same day. Orders after 12:00 PM begin the next business day.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive email with your tracking number.
You can also follow your delivery anytime using our Order Tracking Page on the website. -
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it. The item just needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email us at contact@nitlex.net and "we'll email you a prepaid return label to print and attach.
Once we receive it, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days. If you'd rather an exchange, just mention it when you get in touch.

We cannot offer replacements or refunds for damage reported after this period.
