Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, washed, or are not in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Returning something is easy. just follow the steps below and we'll take care of the rest.

Step 1 – Contact Our Team :

Step 2 – Return Approval :

  • We will review your request and confirm if the return is accepted. Once approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label by email.

Step 3 – Print Your Label :

  • You need to print the label and stick it on the package, and drop it off at any local post office or authorized shipping point.

Note :

  • Return shipping is free. We pay for the label so you do not have to.
  • Remember, we cannot take back anything that is sent without our approval first.

Refunds, Fees and Exchanges

No Restocking Fees :

  • We do not charge any fees when you return something.

Refund Processing Time :

  • After we get the item back and check it we will email you. If everything is okay we will send the refund back to your payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges :

  • If you want to exchange something of getting a refund just let us know within 30 days of getting your order. The item must still be brand new and in its box.

Special Situations

Damaged or Defective Products :

  • If your item arrives damaged or broken, or has a manufacturing defect, send us a photo or video at contact@nitlex.net within 30 days of delivery. We will replace it or give you a full refund.

Wrong Item Sent :

  • If we send you the wrong item just let us know within 30 days and we will send you the right one as soon as we can.

Lost or Delayed Packages :

  • If your order is late or has not arrived email us at contact@nitlex.net. We will look into it with the shipping company. If the package is lost we will give you a refund or send a new one right away.

Important Information

  • We cannot take back anything that has been used washed or is not in its box.
  • Nitlex is not responsible if you provide an incorrect address.
